Retro Ping Pong is a classic-style ping pong game with simple visuals. You can play solo or with a friend. It’s easy to play, has simple controls, and includes several fun game modes. If you enjoy old-school games with a modern twist, Retro Ping Pong is the perfect choice.
How to Play Retro Ping Pong
Use the arrow keys to move your paddle in this ping pong game. In two-player mode, the player on the left can use W and S to move their paddle. Score 7 points to win the game!
If you’ve played the classic mode for a while, try Action Mode for more of a challenge. Here are the special modes:
Secret Wall – Part of the center line becomes an invisible wall. The ball will bounce back if it hits this wall.
Fireball – A ring of fire appears in the center. Each time the ball passes through, it gets faster and stronger.
Multiball – Multiple balls appear at once. Don’t let any of them get past your paddle.
Big Ball Little Paddles – The ball becomes bigger, but your paddle is smaller.
Fog Zone – Thick fog covers the center of the court. You won’t be able to see the ball in the fog, so you’ll need to guess its path.
Gravity Well – Certain areas on the court change the ball’s direction. It’s hard to predict where the ball will go.
Bumper Ball – Five bumpers are placed in the middle. When the ball hits them, it changes direction randomly.
Don’t Hit The Kitty – A cat appears on the court. If the ball hits the cat twice or you miss the ball, you lose the round.
Blaster – Both players have blasters. Press Spacebar to shoot your opponent. Hit them twice or score a point to win.
Tips
As you play more, you’ll start to notice patterns in how the ball moves. Watch carefully and learn how it bounces. This will help you place your paddle in the right spot before it’s too late.
Play with a Friend
You can play Retro Ping Pong with a friend on the same computer. One player uses W and S, and the other uses the Up and Down arrow keys. It’s simple and super fun.
